Banana Blueberry and CBD Smoothie
On a hot summer day, a cold smoothie can be the perfect thing for a morning kickstart or an afternoon snack. This delicious blend of blueberries, banana, buttermilk, maple syrup, and a dash of BeLeaf will not only fill you up–it will also provide you with a ton of nutrients with the fantastic bonus of your daily CBD.
Blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients, providing fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. They are also among the foods packed with antioxidants. Bananas similarly provide fiber and vitamin C, while also adding B6. I'm sure you've heard about their high potassium level. This combo not only tastes great, but you'll be energized to take on the day.

Ingredients:
1 banana peeled and chopped
1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
1 cup of buttermilk
4 large ice cubes
1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
BeLeaf Full Spectrum CBD (We suggest our 1500mg)
Steps:
Peel and chop or break apart your banana. Add all the fruit to a blender along with the buttermilk, maple syrup, and ice. Blend on low speed to start and increase to high speed until everything is well blended. Then add your usual BeLeaf Full-Spectrum CBD Oil dosage and blend again on low to mix throughout.
